When I’m on Safari my page keeps reloading and it says “this webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred”, what should I do?

This notification is regularly seen by folks who do not have enough storage space on their iDevice. Or when some apps, such as Safari, consume a large part of their device's RAM (Random Access Memory.) Errors and page reloads are more likely to occur when Safari runs out of RAM.
