I publish a LinkedIn newsletter and have noticed that some subscribers engage with every issue while others appear not to see new editions at all. Does LinkedIn send a notification to every subscriber, or can delivery depend on notification settings, account activity, or other factors?
I’m trying to understand what a subscriber should expect before assuming the newsletter has stopped reaching people.
