# Why Don’t All LinkedIn Newsletter Subscribers See Each Issue?

I publish a LinkedIn newsletter and have noticed that some subscribers engage with every issue while others appear not to see new editions at all. Does LinkedIn send a notification to every subscriber, or can delivery depend on [notification settings](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/99789/how-to-configure-sound-and-vibration-settings-on-an-iphone-such-as-ringtone-and-notification-tone), account activity, or other factors?

I’m trying to understand what a subscriber should expect before assuming the newsletter has stopped reaching people.
