Till now, he is the only West Indies Wicketkeeper to score 169 runs in One-Day International format and the second-highest in Test Cricket with 166 runs. In November 2011, he was appointed as the Captain of West Indies team. Afterward, he has been replaced with Jason Holder as the team captain in the year 2015. Currently, he is associated with the domestic team ‘Trinbago Knight Riders’ from 2016. In 2018, he played in ‘Pakistan Super League’ with the team ‘Lahore Qalandars’.
