In 1995, Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal, who is currently the CEO of the ASC Group and Managing Partner of the Chartered Accountant Business, formed "Alok Sinhal & Co.," a chartered accounting firm. This was the beginning of the ASC Group's adventure. The Group has more than 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 multinationals and numerous Indian business houses on a variety of topics, such as company formation, business reorganisation, cross-border taxation advisory.
