Inspired by the beautiful and magnificent stone castles built during the Middle Ages, we wondered if we could incorporate the rustic appeal of natural stone into durable, functional grates. Thus began our journey to creating the world’s first reinforced stone grate. After seven years of extensive research and development, we have coupled with intensive industry feedback, culminated in our first commercially-viable reinforced stone gratings launched to the world in 1994.
