Steps to start Live presentation in PowerPoint:

• You can broadcast your PowerPoint presentation over the Internet to a remote audience using PowerPoint for Windows. Your audience members watch the slide show in their web browsers while you present it in PowerPoint.
• Select Slide Show > Present Online > Office Presentation Service from the drop-down menu.
• If you want your audience to be able to download a copy of the presentation file, select the Enable remote viewers to download the presentation box.
• Connect by clicking the Connect button. Choose one of the following options to send your meeting invitation to attendees:
• Copy the link (so that you can paste it somewhere that other people can access it)
  
• Email it to yourself
  
• Click Start Presentation when you're ready to begin your presentation. To finish your online presentation, hit Esc to exit Slide Show View, then select End Online Presentation on the Present Online tab. Click End Online Session to indicate that you wish to end the presentation.
