Steps  to create a Macro in word 2013 :

  • Click on the 'View Tab' in your Word document.
  • Now select 'Record Macro' from the 'Macros drop down list.'
  • In the Macro Name text box, type the macro's proper name, then click the 'Keyboard' button to add a shortcut key for the macro (use this shortcut key later to run the macro).
  • Enter the shortcut's key combination, such as Alt + Ctrl + O, and then click the 'Assign' button.
  • Now write the text you'll be repeating.
  • You must 'Stop recording Macros' after finishing the text; to do so, go to the 'View' Tab and select 'Stop recording' from the Macros group. You can also 'stop' the macro and restart it later.
