What are the new PDF features that are expected in Microsoft Edge? Does Google Chrome already have them?

The new PDF features that are expected in Microsoft Edge:

• Improvements to scrolling-Multiple scrolling improvements will be included in the Microsoft Edge upgrade. Microsoft is experimenting with speed enhancements in order to provide a smoother scrolling experience in documents. This should prevent the appearance of white bars while scrolling through large PDF files. Another new feature, which is already available in Chrome, will allow users to launch an optional thumbnails sidebar experience. Users will be able to navigate through the documents by clicking on thumbnails in the left sidebar.
• signatures in PDF-Users of Microsoft Edge will be able to verify signatures on PDF files.
• Some features are currently available in the Canary releases, and Microsoft is scheduled to release more information about the scrolling enhancements later this year.
