Steps to solve this:
- Clear your browser's cache and data-Go to Settings > Apps > All on your phone, then select your web browser. Force Stop, Clear Cache, and Clear Data are now available. Note: If you're using the same browser on your PC, you should clean its history and cache and temporarily disable syncing. Restart your browser to see whether the issue has been addressed.
- Remove any dubious apps from your device.-Select Settings > Apps > All from the drop-down menu. Locate and choose the app that has no name. It's normally found toward the bottom of the page. Select the Uninstall option now.
- Change your online browser and run an antivirus scan on your phone.
- Install a different web browser and see whether the problem still exists.
- If the problem persists in another browser, run an antivirus scan on your phone.
