Follow these steps on your
iPhone or iPad to disable Background auto Refreshing:
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Select General.
- Refresh the background app.
- Toggle off Background App Refresh completely; you can also set it to refresh an app only when connected to Wi-Fi or when connected to Wi-Fi and Cellular Data.
