• Deactivate Account: First, you must deactivate your Telegramaccount. To cancel your Telegram account, go to the Telegram account deactivation page.
• On the Telegram deactivation page, enter the phone number associated with your Telegram account.
• Enter the code you received in the Telegram app on the page to verify and delete your Telegram account. Give a reason for deleting the Telegram account and then click Delete.
• Create a new Telegram account: To use Telegram again, you'll need to create a new account.
• Rejoin a Telegram group after being banned: You can now look for a Telegram group and rejoin it after being banned. To rejoin the group, please search or click the private link.
