Follow these methods to rejoin a Telegram group after a ban:

Deactivate Account: First, you must deactivate your Telegramaccount. To cancel your Telegram account, go to the Telegram account deactivation page.
On the Telegram deactivation page, enter the phone number associated with your Telegram account.
Enter the code you received in the Telegram app on the page to verify and delete your Telegram account. Give a reason for deleting the Telegram account and then click Delete.
Create a new Telegram account: To use Telegram again, you'll need to create a new account.
Rejoin a Telegram group after being banned: You can now look for a Telegram group and rejoin it after being banned. To rejoin the group, please search or click the private link.
