How do you get more 'global search' results on Telegram (app)?

• Telegram's Global Search allows you to find public groups, channels, and people, as well as conversation results. Some claim it can even help people discover the meaning of life. Telegram now allows you to set a public username in the Settings area. If you do, anyone who knows your username can discover you and contact you — even if they don't know your phone number.
• Simply start typing any name in the Contacts section's search bar to find people by username. The Global Search section will appear in your search results once you've input at least 5 characters. This is a list of persons that have usernames that match.
