• Google Webmaster Tools can be accessed at Google.com/webmasters.
• You'll see your site, or a list of domains that have been validated using Google Webmaster Tools, once you've signed in.
• Select Add or Remove Users from the Manage Site menu.
• There will be a list of Users and Site Owners displayed. You can add two categories of users to your Google Webmaster Tools account: restricted and full users.
• All settings in Webmaster Tools are always in the discretion of the site owner. A Full user has the ability to change most site settings and perform most site actions, such as submitting a new URL to Google's search index. In Google Webmaster Tools, limited users can normally only view permissions.
• Select Add a New User from the drop-down menu.
• Click Add after entering the user's email address and selecting the permission level.
