- Microsoft Teams should now be open.
- From the top-right, select the Profile menu.
- Choose the choice for Settings.
- From the left menu pane, select Devices.
- Select the microphone you want to use from the Microphone drop-down box under the 'Audio devices' section.
- To ensure that the microphone is working, click the Make a test call button.
- The microphone should now operate properly with the Teams app after you've completed the procedures.
