Fix Your Android phone battery drains so fast:
- Restart the phone.-Try this first because it's the quickest, easiest, and least harmful option. Simply press and hold the power button on most phones until the Restart option shows. This isn't only a solution to the problem of low battery life. It fixes the majority of issues the majority of the time!
- Keep your apps up to date.-Have you set your apps to update automatically? A rogue programme is one of the most common causes of unexpected power loss. Go to the Google Play Store and update any apps that require it (updates happen frequently), and see if that helps.
- Update your Android device. Okay, I understand. Updates might be as common as hen's teeth or as rare as hen's teeth, depending on the maker But it's worth a shot: open the Settings app, click to System > Advanced, and then seek for About phone or About tablet, System update, or Wireless update under About phone or About tablet. It's possible that you'll have to dig!
- Destroy your preferences!-This is the worst option because it will require you to re-set up your phone. Before you do this, make sure you have a backup of your data. Most folks can reach the reset options by navigating to System > Advanced > Reset options in the Settings app. However, some handsets require you to hit the power button and a volume up or down combination to achieve this, which you may discover through trial and error (warning: this is frustrating!) or an online search.
