Steps to fix the Play Store which stops responding when downloading apps:
- Close the Google Play Store if you have to.-Open the Settings app on your phone. Go to the Apps section. All apps should be selected. Select Google Play Store from the drop-down menu. Stop using Force. Choose OK.
- Wi-Fi can be turned on and off.-Wi-Fi, like Airplane Mode, could be the problem. Not to mention the possibility that your network is experiencing simple connectivity troubles. Toggle Wi-Fi on and off, then try out a few apps from the Google Play Store. It could be beneficial.
- Start your router again. -Some routers have an app that may be used to restart them, while others have a physical button. If yours doesn't have either, unplug the router's power source and re-plug it.
- Clear the cache on the Google Play Store.-Cache memory is a fantastic resource. By storing data locally, the phone can save data and speed up loading times.
