**Steps to fix the Play [Store](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/1205/what-is-the-command-to-take-backup-and-restore-for-sharepoint-site) which stops responding when downloading [apps](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94773/my-android-phone-keeps-crashing-apps-today-how-can-i-fix-it):**

- **Close the Google Play Store if you have to.-**Open the Settings app on your phone. Go to the Apps section. All apps should be selected. Select Google Play Store from the drop-down menu. Stop using Force. Choose OK.
- **Wi-Fi can be turned on and off.-**Wi-Fi, like Airplane Mode, could be the problem. Not to mention the possibility that your network is experiencing simple connectivity troubles. Toggle Wi-Fi on and off, then try out a few apps from the Google Play Store. It could be beneficial.
- **Start your router again. -**Some routers have an app that may be used to restart them, while others have a physical button. If yours doesn't have either, unplug the router's power source and re-plug it.
- **Clear the cache on the Google Play Store.-**Cache memory is a fantastic resource. By storing data locally, the phone can save data and speed up loading times.
