Which state announces Rs. 500 crore to develop Puri as World Heritage City?

The funds will be spent on modernization plans including development of temple infrastructure, construction of multi-lane roads, bridges, the revival of Musa River and renovation of lakes and monasteries in the area.

This announcement was made by the Odisha Chief Minister at a high-level meeting at Lok Seva Bhawan (state Secretariat) held earlier last month(Aug 2019).
