Davis Cup he represented India. He can speak multiple languages i.e. Spanish, English, and Tamil.

2014, he came to the limelight when he qualified for the main draw of ‘Chennai Open’ and even beat the then Indian No.1 ‘Somdev Devvarman’ in the first round. But in the second round, he lost the competition to ‘Marcel Granollers’.
He was the first Indian to play the Tennis over Rubber field in the singles against the 14 times Grand Slam Champion ‘Rafael Nadal’ in the Davis Cup World Group Playoff in New Delhi at R. K. Khanna Stadium.
His coaches are ‘Juan Balcells and Sergio Casal’. He also
won his first ITF Title in Raipur by beating ‘Lee Duck Hee’ of Korea. He was also
the part of Bangalore Raptors Team in the Champions Tennis League, which also have stars like Thomas Enqvist, Venus Williams, and other in the year 2014. With his good skills of playing Tennis helped him to become the youngest active player in the first edition of the Champions Tennis League. Apart from Tennis, he is also a fan of
Cricket and
Football. In football his favorite team is Barcelona.
In 2015, he participated in the
US Open and French Open. In 2016, he represented India in
Wimbledon. IN the year 2017, he participated again in the US Open, and in 2018, he participated in the Australian Open.
