- From the Home screen, go to Settings-> General-> Reset.
- From the list of options, select Reset Network Settings.
- To proceed, enter the device passcode if requested.
- Then, press to confirm that the network settings have been reset.
When the network settings reset is complete, your iPhone will restart automatically. Simply wait until it has completely rebooted before configuring and connecting to your Wi-Fi network. Check to see whether the Wi-Fi Internet that keeps dropping problem has been resolved after rejoining.
