- From the Home screen, choose Settings.
- Select General.
- Reset may be found by scrolling down and tapping it.
- Choose Reset network settings from the drop-down menu. This will restore the default network configurations and reset your current network configurations. Wi-Fi networks and server settings will be removed as well.
- Enter your device passcode if asked.
- Then, to confirm the network settings reset, press the choice.
When the reset is complete, your device will restart automatically. Wait for it to boot up, then reconnect to your Wi-Fi network and open the Amazon app. Check to see if this resolves the issue.
