A network settings reset may be beneficial, especially if the app's crashing issue is related to network connectivity issues such as an inconsistent or unreliable Internet connection. To stay connected to the server, online programs like Amazon purchasing require a persistent Internet connection. If your iPhone's network Internet connection stops, it's likely that these applications aren't operating correctly as well. A network settings reset might be a solution to these issues. This will clear your iPhone X's network settings, including Wi-Fi networks. If you want to give it a go, follow these steps: \

1. From the **Home screen, choose Settings.**
2. Select **General.**
3. Reset may be found by **scrolling down and tapping it.**
4. Choose **Reset network settings** from the **drop-down menu. T**his will restore the default network configurations and reset your current network configurations. Wi-Fi networks and server settings will be removed as well.
5. Enter your **device passcode if asked.**
6. Then, to **confirm the network settings** reset, press the choice.

When the reset is complete, your device will **restart automatically**. Wait for it to boot up, then reconnect to your Wi-Fi network and open the Amazon app. Check to see if this resolves the issue.
