In case President Rule is not approved by the parliament then the same promulgation will last top two months.

Overview
The power of the president in India lies in article 356 of the Indian Constitution. The power of enacting the president’s rule in India was earlier also used but article 93
was changed in the Government of India Act 1935. Such power in India can be imposed as per the order of the president in the situation of failure of the constitutional machinery.

Article 356 of the Indian Constitution
The article has the provision of President Rule and it defines the article starting of the reason for enacting President Rule as in the situation of failure of constitutional machinery in the state.
There are also many subsections given in this article as the sub-article 1 said that the president can also proclaim the emergency as per the report which will be submitted by the Governor of the State,
Subsection 3 of article 356 talks about the validity of the proclamation without passing nature from parliament and it is two months.
