Does it really matter because I don’t think it really does it depends upon your personal preference that whether you want to turn the fans on while working out or not?
Turning fan on and off is not going to affect your result of the workout. However, turning on the fan will reduce the amount of sweat secretedout from your body and reduce the heat and will keep your body temperature descent.
There are trainers who prefer that exercise and workouts should be practiced in open spaces like a terrace, garden etc. But as it’s not possible for everyone to have an open space for workouts people generally run towards gyms and exercise centers for maintaining fitness which is air-conditioned.
So fans and air-conditioned room don’t affect the result of your workout if you are performing gym stuff
with a correct approach, focus and postures you will definitely get a prosperous result after a particular period of time.
