No doubt it’s the World Cup final moment which brings goosebumps even when I remember that moment. So let me tell you whole scene just like 1.2 billion people I was also stuck with television and was waiting for the epic moment to happen when India will lift up the world cup.
Then Kulasekara came to bowl and Dhoni was on strike and India was needing 5 odd runs in two overs and then the sweet sound came from the bat of MS. Dhoni as he hit the ball for a six which sealed the world cup for our country.
And as usual “Ravi Shastri” was amazing with his commentary and this what he said in celebration on the mic-
“Dhoni finishes off in style! A magnificent strike into the crowd. India lift the World Cup after 28 years. The party starts in the dressing room and it's an Indian captain who has been absolutely magnificent in the night of the final.”
