"Smoking Kills"
Bad habits don’t go easily it could be tough and smoking is one of them. Just like you, there are numerous folks who wish to eradicate their habit of smoking or chain-smoking. Whereas there are some who are busy in finding alternative and unusual ways to quit smoking. Here I have come up with several ways which might help you eradicating such addictive habit:
1. Stop telling yourself you’re going to “quit.
"Remember that this is a mind game and you have to leverage your mind. Most of us align “quitters” with “losers” and you don’t want to be a loser. It’s subtle, but your mind is designed to protect you. The pain of being a loser is something we want to avoid even if it means being destructive. Change quit to “getting free!” We’ll do more for freedom than we will to quit.
2. Have faith
Even if you’ve failed before, today is a new day. You have the ability to make today the first day of your new world.
3. Change your mantra
Instead of “I have to quit,” let it become, “I’ll never quit until I’m free!” (yes, this is the combo of items 1 and 2). If this is your new mantra, even failure is temporary. If you slip up and smoke again, you can quickly get back on the path of freedom because you will never quit until you are free! This mantra will leverage your brain for your new reality!
