Drinking enough water is the living’s need for survival. A simple glass of water can be more satisfying than a cup of tea or a can of soda.
The deficiency of water in the body can cause dehydration which can lead to blood clots, seizures, fatal complications and other related problems. Thus, it’s important to drink enough water to prevent dehydration.

You should drink enough water about 8-ounce glasses per day which is equal to 2 liters, or half a gallon.

1. Dry Skin
Skin is the largest organ of our body and to recognize the different ailments. Dry skin is the sign of dehydration in the body. Dry skin means lack of sebum (oil) or a lack of sweat, that leads to a body’s inability to wash away excess dirt and oil. Drinking enough water helps your body flush out toxins and replenish your skin’s tissues, to keeps it hydrated.

2. Frequent Headaches
Dehydration can cause both lacks oxygen and decreases in blood volume which reduces blood flow to the brain, leading to headaches. The inadequate intake of water can trigger a migraine headache. It makes it hard to concentrate on anything. Drinking enough water is an easy way to ease your pain.
3. Mood Swings
Being hungry or not drinking enough water can tend to make people unusually moody and more easily irritated and affect our skin, and our energy levels. It is because of a less efficient blood flow to the brain. Dehydration impairs your ability to focus or respond normally. If you’re feeling cranky and can’t understand why then drink a tall glass of water (or two) and let your mood improve.
4. Urinary Tract Infection
Drinking enough water is crucial to prevent urinary tract infection. It is caused by different factors but it can only arise after bacteria has entered into your bodies. And water helps to flush bacteria from our bladders, thus preventing infection. Not drinking enough water makes the urine more concentrated, and becomes much dark yellow in color.
5. Muscle Cramps Or Joint Pain
Get muscle cramps while exercising, particularly in hot weather is the cause of dehydration. Our sodium and potassium levels begin to change due to sweat loss. Without drinking enough water your muscles will overheat and seize up and your joints will start to grind. It decreases the chances of developing inflammation and soreness related to exercise and weightlifting.
