For Salesforce, supported browsers are depending on which browser you use the Salesforce Classic or Lightning Experience. For all browser, it is required to enable JavaScript, cookies, and TLS 1.2. If TLS 1.2 isn’t available, then enable TLS 1.1. and those browsers that are not supported TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 are not able to access Salesforce after we deactivate TLS 1.0.

To work in Lightning Experience use Iframes, so you must have the appropriate browser security settings for iframes to load correctly, for ex: in Internet Explorer set the Launching programs and files in an IFRAME security setting to Enable or Prompt.

NOTE

  • Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience are not supported in the mobile browser. So, for using the mobile browser it is recommended to use the Salesforce app.
  • To use all features of Salesforce then it is required to use the Screen resolution that supports 1024 x 768 pixels.
  • For Mac OS users on Apple Safari or Chrome, make sure the system setting show scrollbars is set to Always.
  • For standard mail merge (Salesforce Classic) and Installation supports only available in Internet Explorer.
  • Salesforce Mobile Classic on a Windows Mobile device, and Connect Offline.
  • Machine configuration for feeling the best experience with 8 GB of RAM in the Salesforce Console, and use Chrome.
