Mapnna Mallikarjun Kharge who is a Congress leader is the new Chairman of Public Accounts Committee of Parliament. Born in 21ST July 1942 is a leader of Indian National Congress in the 16th Lok Sabha.
Mapnna Mallikarjun was previously Minister of Railway and Minister of labour and Employment in the Government of India. He has been an amazing leader as he consecutively in the year 1972, 1979, 1983, 1985, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2008, and 2009. He was been nominated by Indian National Congress to fight against Narendra Modi in the Lok Sabha.
