We’re seeing flat injection-molded parts come out of the tool looking fine, then develop a slight twist as they cool. It happens more often on wider parts, but not consistently across every batch.
For people who work with injection-molded parts, which variables are worth checking first: uneven wall thickness, cooling time, mold temperature, or the way the part is ejected? I’d like to narrow down likely causes before changing several settings at once.
