Our site has separate pages for a few languages and regions, but search visitors sometimes land on a version that doesn’t match their location or language. The pages are indexed, and the URLs look right, so I’m wondering whether the issue could be in our hreflang annotations.
What should I check to understand why search engines are choosing the wrong regional page? I’d also like to know how long it normally takes for corrected signals to show up in regional search results.
