Unhealthy lifestyle choices can impact our overall health negatively and increase the risk of many serious illnesses, including mental health problems. It disturbs our emotional state, which will not only affect our mental health but also our physical health.

Moreover, an unhealthy lifestyle will take you towards stress, anxiety, and depression, which are surely interlinked with poor diet and sleep disturbance. It will make you feel more lethargic. You will want to distance yourself from everyone and want to live in your own world.

Furthermore, an unhealthy lifestyle will also affect your social connections and relationships with your loved ones. You will always feel irritated and frustrated with everyone and also with yourself. One day you will have behavior that will not only harm others but also be unacceptable for yourself because by having an unhealthy lifestyle you will have negative behavior that will affect your mental and physical well-being.

It will impact both your personal and professional life and can slowly ruin your whole life. An unhealthy lifestyle will always take you towards the negative thoughts and the suicidal thoughts.

I will talk about the long-term effects of an unhealthy lifestyle:

It will increase the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and certain types of cancer.
It impacts your overall mental health. It pushes you into a situation of depressiety, anxiety, and stress. 
It will also affect the digestive system, sleep cycle, and poor dental health. But there will always be a solution for everything. We can prevent these issues by having a healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise, stress management, and adequate sleep.
