What's the modern-day country of [education system]?

Could you specify the historical education system you mean? The name appears to be missing from your question. If you share the system, school, or ancient civilization you have in mind, I can identify the modern-day country or countries associated with it. Historical borders often differ from today’s, so a little context helps.
