How do you compare different SMTP providers before making a decision?

When I compare SMTP providers, I don't start with pricing. I first check whether the service has a stable sending infrastructure, supports SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and provides delivery reports. Those features have a much bigger impact on daily email operations than a small difference in monthly cost.

I also look at how easy the platform is to configure. Some providers offer plenty of features but require a lot of technical work before you can start sending emails. Others are much easier to set up and include helpful documentation or support when needed.

For my business, I eventually selected iDealSMTP because I wanted a reliable Bulk Email Sender that could handle regular campaigns without making SMTP configuration complicated. It gave me access to delivery logs, authentication support, and the flexibility to scale my email volume over time.

My suggestion is to compare providers based on your actual business requirements instead of selecting one because it's the cheapest or has the longest feature list. A platform that fits your workflow usually provides a better long-term experience
