What are the powers of a Lawyer?

Law and justice are integral parts of the building of any society. In India, the legal profession is an after-sought career not only for the amazing perks it brings along with it but is known for the legal reformations done for the people. Lawyers are the ones within that institution who raise the voice of the citizens against inhuman acts and provide justice by abiding by the laws of the country. They study the law and have permission from the Bar Council of India(BCI) to appear before a Court of law on behalf of an accused to defend him.
