Is Netflix producing pure junk content?

History of Netflix

When Netflix started as a streaming service provider, its strategy appeared attractive. It took the license of movies and television shows from the companies that created those to deliver that content over the internet for viewers to watch. They collected a nominal fee to let the users stream that content, and the company successfully operated as a middle man.

Netflix- then.

From the beginning, Netflix hated other content providers like Disney, as Disney had similar plans to Netflix in the long run. So, they started pulling back their content from Netflix servers. This devastated the Netflix company, and rather than closing up their business followed a different strategy and decided to become a content creator along with a streaming company. Some of the world’s favorite shows like The Witcher, Stranger Things, The Crown, etc. are some famous Netflix original series.

Netflix- Now

Netflix did the unexpected, but it could not have done it alone. The content creation, filmmaking, all of that took considerable money. Although Netflix had a vast subscriber base, the subscription charges alone did not bring even a fraction of the cost for video content. In the beginning, the web series was great, but the quality of Netflix content started declining as time passed.
This was because Netflix began focusing more on quantity than quality, and so some people started to consider that Netflix had started producing pure junk content. It cannot be entirely called Netflix’s fault because it has to fulfill its debts created due to video making.
