You can change your Netflix plan at any time by taking the following steps:
- Access your Netflix account.
- Change Plan should be selected under Plan Details. (Please contact us if you do not see Change Plan.)
- NOTE: If your account is on hold, no changes to your plan can be made until the hold is lifted.
- Select the desired plan, then continue or update.
- Choose either Confirm Change or Confirm.
A plan upgrade takes effect immediately, allowing you to take advantage of all of the new features. Because Netflix is a prepaid service, your billing date will vary depending on the balance of your previous payment.
