No. Only Ryzen CPUs on AM4 socket motherboards with the X370, B350, or X300 chipsets and Ryzen Threadripper CPUs on TR4 socket motherboards with the X399 chipset are supported by the AMD Ryzen Master Utility. If you have an unlocked AM3/AM3+ or FM2/FM2+ socket compatible CPU, you can use the AMD OverDrive Utility instead.

All desktop Ryzen CPUs have unlocked multipliers, and this official AMD utility lets you see exactly what's going on with your CPU while also tuning its performance to get the most out of it.

They like Ryzen Master because it has a basic mode as well as an advanced mode. As a result, quick adjustments are possible. The two most important metrics, voltage and clock speed, can be adjusted in basic mode. There's also an Auto OC option, which allows the software to determine what your specific CPU is capable of with the power and cooling it has.
