Like this, the answer is almost always 'sort of.' This because Since both manufacturers build their processors differently and focus on different things to outperform the other. In some areas, AMD's new processors outperform Intel's, but neither can be declared a clear winner over the other, as is customary. This answer may differ depending on the person you ask.
