Can I do a clean install of Windows 10 with the free upgrade?

• You will be able to clean install (i.e. boot from media and install Windows 10) the same edition of Windows 10 that you upgraded to on the same device during and after the free upgrade offer once your device has upgraded to Windows 10 and has been activated online. You will not be compelled to purchase Windows 10 or revert to a previous lower-level Windows version.
• To allow for a clean installation of Windows 10 on devices that were updated and activated utilising the free upgrade offer online.
• You will be able to download and build installation media for the appropriate Windows 10 Edition on a USB drive or DVD.
• During Windows 10 Setup, you will be able to bypass inputting the product key. On such devices, Windows 10 will immediately activate online. When booting from media and running setup, the skip option is only available.
