How you can copy slide master from one presentation to another in PowerPoint?

  • Open both presentations: the one from which you'd like to copy a slide master and the one into which you'd like to paste the slide master.
  • Select Slide Master from the View tab in the presentation with the slide master you wish to replicate.
  • Right-click the slide master in the slide thumbnail window, then select Copy.
  • Select Switch Windows from the View menu, and then select the presentation where you wish to paste the slide master.
  • Select Slide Master from the View tab.
  • Right-click the slide master in the thumbnail window, and then do one of the following:
  • Use the destination presentation's theme colours, fonts, and effects by clicking Use Destination Theme Use destination formatting.
  • Click Keep Source Formatting to keep the theme colours, fonts, and effects of the presentation you're duplicating. Maintain the source formatting.
  • Select Close Master View after you're finished.
