• The Slide Sorter view displays your slides in thumbnail format. As you prepare to print your slides, this view makes it simple to categorise and manage the sequence of your slides. Slide Sorter view can be accessed via the task bar at the bottom of the slide window or the View tab on the ribbon.
• Reorganize, insert, delete, and copy presentation slides with the Slide Sorter view. In PowerPoint, the Slide Sorter view also displays the presentation's visual flow. You can also add and get a preview of your work. All of the presentation slides appear as thumbnails in PowerPoint's Slide Sorter view. In this view, you can't change the content of the slides.
