
- You can manually alter column width and row height, or have columns and rows automatically resize to accommodate the data.
- Choose a row or a group of rows.
- Select Format > Row Width from the Home menu (or Row Height). Select OK after entering the row width.
- Choose a column or a set of columns to work with. Select Format > Column Width from the Home menu (or Column Height). Select OK after entering the column width.
- Resize all columns and rows to fit the data automatically. Choose the Select All option. To select all columns and rows, pick All at the top of the worksheet. Select a boundary by double-clicking it. To fit the data, all columns and rows resize.
