How can you see connections between two people on Facebook?

• Go to any current Facebook friend's Timeline and select the 'Friends' option. You'll see a number indicating how many common friends you two have before you even click. Now go to 'Mutual Friends' and you'll see a list of all the connections you and your friend have in common. Who knows, you might be surprised by what you find. However, if your friend's friends list privacy level has been increased, this will not function.
• While on Facebook, look up any current connection's friends list by heading to their Timeline, hitting the 'Friends' tab, and typing your search term into the 'Search friends' section.
