Customer Service is available via email and live chat. Check that you can sign into Skype first; if you can't, but still need to contact customer service, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Support Requests page.
Choose the topic and issue for which you require assistance.
Skype will provide advice that may help with your problem; if that does not help, click the Next button.
Choose your contact method, then enter your information, describe your problem, and click Send. Skype will respond as soon as possible.
