What is video messaging on Skype?

• Tap the Camera Capture button from within a chat.
• To record a video message, press and hold the picture button.
• In Skype, tap Send  to send it to your chat.
• Note: From within Skype, you can record a message of up to twenty seconds. You can upload videos up to ten minutes long from your device if you wish to send a lengthier video message.
• Record Skype calls to record precious moments, take notes on important decisions, and hear the words said with live subtitles.
