- To get started with Skype on your Android, go to the Google Play Store and download it. This can be accessed from your phone's home screen.
- You can now use Skype when it has been downloaded to your device. You can either access the shortcut on your home screen or select 'Open' from the app store.
- Sign in to your Skype account to begin making calls to family and friends. Enter your username and password in the 'Sign in here' box.
- When you enter into your Skype account, a pop-up message will appear asking if you wish to allow the app to make and manage phone conversations. To complete this step, select 'Allow.' You will be able to make Skype to phone calls as a result of this.
- You will try to make a call to someone you know now that you have the Skype app open. On the Skype main screen, select the address book (the second icon). The alternatives will then be 'Invite friends,' 'Find humans,' and 'Find bots.'
