- WhatsApp Business is available on both the desktop and the web.
- You may use the WhatsApp Business mobile app on the desktop version just like you can with your regular WhatsApp account. This makes dealing with a big number of consumers considerably easier.
- The desktop version of WhatsApp is set up in the same way as the normal WhatsApp app. Scanning the QR code provided in Settings > WhatsApp Web.
- Open the app on your phone and go to the upper right menu (three dots). Select 'WhatsApp Web' from the drop-down menu.
- Scan the QR code, and the App UI will appear on your browser screen right away.
