Follow the steps below to rotate a PDF file in Microsoft Edge:
- Use Microsoft Edge to open the PDF file.
- Select Microsoft Edge from the drop-down option. It'll open the file in your browser, with controls at the top of the page.
- Flip the PDF
- Simply press the Rotate Button on the toolbar to rotate the PDF till it is upright.
- When you're finished, go to the top right corner of your browser and click the Save icon.
